The placement of the custom decal was too high of the back of the jersey...I have contacted cafepress and I can forward you their response, however, you did the custom design, I don't know who set it...but it wasn't done correctly and I would like to exchange the hoodie for something else as we are not satisfied with the product. I looked at the design and as you can see even from the preview the hood isnt coming to the design. So it honestly sounds like cafepress' error you are going to have to contact them and they can take care of it for you. There isnt an ything i can do on my end because the design fills up the entire canvas that it should and it should be exactly what it looks like on the custom order. |
