A:
It is not possible to revert a Premium Cbox to a Basic account. Once your Premium Cbox has expired, it will no longer accept messages.
If you'd like to continue using the Basic service, you may sign up for a new account, using a new unique username, and your old account will remain on file in case you decide to upgrade again in future.
Also, if you are dissatisfied with the Premium service, please contact us and we will do what we can to improve your experience.
