Servers Five and One experienced 30 minutes of unscheduled downtime at 00:05 UTC today, due to a software fault. The problem was attended to as soon as possible and a follow-up investigation is being conducted.

Important network maintenance has been scheduled by our provider for 30 November. It will impact customers on servers One to Six in a staggered manner, causing unavailability of Cboxes for an expected 15 minutes or so per server, between 6am and 10am UTC. Your patience is appreciated during this time.

We are experiencing a network outage for servers Two and Three as at 08:45 UTC. The cause is being determined and an update will be provided shortly. Impacted customers will not be able to access their Cbox or Cbox control panel. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
UPDATE: Service was restored at approximately 09:45 UTC. The outage was due to emergency maintenance at our datacentre.

As at 10:10pm UTC Server Four is undergoing a hardware swap related to the previously-reported fault. Unavailability is not expected to last longer than 30 minutes.
UPDATE: Maintenance was completed by 10:43pm.

Server Four is undergoing emergency maintenance due to a hardware fault. Data is not at risk and downtime is not expected, but service levels will be impacted for some customers for about one hour. Expected time of completion of this work is 10:30pm UTC.
UPDATE: Maintenance was completed by 10:25pm and involved minimal service disruption.

We will be rolling out a software update over the next two days which will bring about a dramatic improvement in responsiveness in loading and posting in Cboxes on all servers. We expect minimal disruption during the upgrade – a couple of minutes per server of unavailability.
